about our project

With a little (actually, a lot!) of help from friends and family, we’ve been fund raising all year to build a school in rural Cambodia in memory of my mum, Janie Evans.

Mum was really big on education and I think it would mean a lot to her to be able to give kids who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity the chance to go to school in a safe and welcoming environment.

American Assistance for Cambodia run a brilliant programme to develop schools in areas where they are most needed. Funded through our donations to Hope Worldwide UK, AAfC opened the doors to the Janie Evans School in October 2011. We’re committed to supporting Janie’s School long term and look forward to many exciting and successful fundraising events to come!

So please give what you can and get involved wherever possible ;O)

Love,
Jennifer (and the Evans massive)
